Salary is EUR 1429 per month gross with bonuses
As a Support Specialist you will provide support to customers online orders throughout the whole journey (eg. delivery management shipping investigations returns payment transactions refunds inbound/outbound calls and order information review business related requests).
You will need to be able to work in a changing and information sensitive environment following standard PCI and GDPR policies. This role combines a wide range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

What youll do
- You will be responsible for interacting with customers Carriers/Couriers financial institutions other CSRs and other internal departments;
- You will be required to quickly and effectively recognize and analyze complex problems and escalate to the dedicated team if necessary with the help of the Knowledge Base;
- You will handle sensitive and classified information throughout the day requiring special attention to maintain the projects values and compliance standards.
What youll need
- Fluency in English (minimum C1);
- Strong communication skills empathy customer focused and maintain a professional attitude;
- Ability to work in a sensitive and classified information environment;
- Team spirit and ability to work in a challenging changing environment;
- Excellent telephone/email manner interpersonal and communication skills;
- Highly motivated and organized;
- Ability to use discretion and work on own initiative (with minimum supervision);
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail;
- As this job is direct relation to order volume schedule flexibility is required;
- Experience in SAP and Back-Office work is an advantage; otherwise we can help with that.
