Who were looking for

ToyotasEnterprise Technology Strategy Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivatedManager for the Technology Strategy group.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the group responsible for the strategic integration of business goals with IT infrastructure and application planning while serving as a key liaison between business strategy and technology execution.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Technology Strategy the person in this role will support the Enterprise Technology Strategy departments objective to drive the development and execution of technology strategies and roadmaps that enable enterprise transformation align with long-term business objectives and deliver measurable value across the organization.

What youll be doing

  • Develop and maintain functional technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions to identify transformation goals pain points and capability needs.
  • Translate qualitative insights into measurable roadmap initiatives using structured models value frameworks and data analysis.
  • Ensure alignment between business strategies and IT investment priorities defining value timing and trade-offs.
  • Partner with finance operations and PMO to validate assumptions and track benefit realization.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform updates to future-state capabilities.
  • Act as the central coordination and escalation point for roadmap delivery across multiple business domains.

What you bring

  • Bachelors degree in fields related to Information Technology Engineering or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years in technology strategy enterprise architecture IT planning or digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in strategy and analysis frameworks; familiarity with roadmap tools portfolio management platforms and collaborative planning tools.
  • Ability to connect qualitative insights to quantitative models (e.g. ROI value case impact assessments).
  • Proven track record of leading change in complex cross-functional environments.

Added bonus if you have

  • Masters degree in fields related to Business Technology or Engineering.
  • 7 years in technology strategy enterprise transformation or strategic consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in capability mapping OKR alignment and structured prioritization frameworks.
  • PMP TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture/strategy certification.
