TASQ is hiring a team leader for their Spanish account.

Position: Spanish Team Leader (BGC)

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in BPO/BPM.
Bachelors degree in any field.
Previous team lead experience for Spanish-speaking voice agents.
Over 2 years in leadership roles.
Job Responsibilities:
Effectively manage teams including resource planning career development performance and attrition.
Coach and support team members to address knowledge skill and motivation gaps.
Handle user/customer escalations develop action plans and ensure resolution.
Implement and oversee internal and external governance.
Keep the team updated on process changes and targets.
Identify process improvement opportunities and mentor team members on improvement initiatives.
Full Time
