Do you want to experience the world of human resource management up close and gain practical experience in an international hotel at the same time Then our dual study program in human resource management at the Munich Marriott Hotel is just right for you! During your training you will be accompanied by experienced professionals and gain insights into all important areas of HR management.
Your main tasks include:
- Recruiting:Support in applicant management including posting job ads reviewing applications and forwarding them to the departments. You will learn how to find suitable talents and win them for our team.
- Job Interviews:Coordination of interviews communication with applicants and participation in interviews this way you develop a sense for the right candidates.
- Employee Events:Participation in the planning and organization of employee events and internal activities to strengthen the team.
- Payroll & Administration:Support in payroll processing and the creation of certificates job references and other documents for our employees.
- On- & Offboarding:Preparation of new entries and exits support in onboarding events and induction processes.
- Internal Communication:Creation of presentations newsletters and other materials to keep our employees always up to date.
Be able.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in human resource management communication and organization
- Team spirit commitment and an open friendly manner
- Good German and English skills
- Independent working style and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working with people and in the service and hotel environment
