As an IAM Engineer in our Porto Tech Hub you will be at the forefront of designing deploying and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions based on One Identity Manager. Your role will be crucial in enabling secure and efficient identity lifecycle management ensuring seamless integrations with key business systems and automating access governance processes. We believe identity is at the core of trust and were looking for an IAM Engineer who shares that vision.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable and scalable solutions that support our enterprise IAM strategy across multiple regions and technologies.

What you can expect in this role
Contribute to the implementation/configuration deployment and management of One Identity Manager;
Develop and maintain custom scripts connectors and workflows;
Support integrations with directory services (AD EntraID) source systems (SAP SF/HCM etc) ITSM/SRM (ServiceNow) and various target systems;
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues;
Stay current on IAM security trends tools and threats.
Your essential experience and education
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms especially One Identity with solid skills in C# .NET and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong understanding of Directory Services including Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experienced in using REST APIs and SQL databases for system integration and data queries.
- Familiar with authentication protocols such as SAML OAuth and OpenID Connect and with the key challenges of IAM integration (preferred).
- Exposure to RBAC/ABAC models and knowledge of Microsoft products like Exchange and SharePoint; some familiarity with the Angular framework (nice to have).
- Fluent in English (Portuguese and/or German language skills are a plus).
