Principal Consultant, PM – Risk Reporting

Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant PM Risk Reporting
In this role youll look after Managing the Project Management Standard(PMS) Assurance framework for the Project/Agile Deliveries/Programme complying with the Project Governance Policy and PMS and ensuring staff working on the Projects are aware and comply.
Responsibilities
Monthly update of Governance Dashboard to regional;
Phase Gate review for project funded by regional;
Specific Document Reviews: PSC ToR AED/PED BRD PMP Closure Report Red Pack Report Change Request PSC Deck PSC MoM and etc.;
Supporting the Programme Steering Committee (PgSC) in preparing quality materials (ToR Progress reports Minutes etc.);
Ensuring Project Tools i.e. Clarity is up to date including Project static data status update including RAG status key milestones financials risks dependencies issues and resource forecasts and they are tracked and reported to the PgSC;
Ensuring that all submissions to committees (AED/PED Red packs Closure Reports etc.) are of the right quality and are timely;
Support refresh and implementation of the Project Management Standards (PMS) and System Delivery Framework (SDF);
Provide the important updates from Group ePMO & Clarity Sprint Release to country Project community;
Coach & guide PM in PED preparation and subsequent project Management;
Track/guide PM to complete PM Accreditation & Training & Certification;
Enhance/Maintain country PMO Library (Bridge Page) as central source of reference for PM;
Organise and co-ordinate country PM sharing session;
Upgrading country PMs knowledge in PMS SDF Clarity by Education via PM Sharing session PMO Bridge Page and etc;
Support country various management forum presentation deck and project data request;
Organise and co-ordinate country project forum;
Participate and support country yearly investment budget exercise.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Project Management Certificate from PMP or Prince2.
Stakeholder management experience working with senior level stakeholders to deliver project and provide status updates.
Proven experience with co-ordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex large-scale deployment environment
Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines
Proven skills in coordination staff management and leadership working with vendors and internal teams including Procurement Ops and stakeholders
Rigorous approach to management of project delivery methodology
Leadership skills to coach co-ordinate and grow a successful delivery team
Excellent oral written communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community
Strong technologist ability to problem solve think out of the box self-starter ability to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills which lend themselves to team-oriented approach and able to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual
Ability to think clearly and to resolve critical problems in a high-pressure environment
Strong Microsoft Office (MS Excel MS Powerpoint MS Project) skills
Process good influencing skills and problem-solving skills
Solid project organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability to track project delivery status dependencies and financials
Able to handle multi-tasks manage time effectively and perform under pressure.
Able to work at flexible hours and travel

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good to have experience in SQL Python.
Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Strong experience in banking field with proven track record in leadership role in Project Management of Information Technology projects.
