Job Description
Location: Malvern PA (hybrid)
Financial Client is looking for a ServiceNow resource certified in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module with previous experience in HR case management knowledge management virtual agent manager hub and lifecycle events (like onboarding job changes offboarding etc.).
Qualifications
Previous experience with Employee Center Pro (ECP) and integrating divisional portals to support an enterprise intranet would be preferred. We are open to the seniority of this resource being either a junior developer or a senior architect the latter of which should also possess previous experience building and maintaining integrations with Workdays Human Capital Management (HCM) Module.
