Job Description
Location: Temple TX 76502
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Deliver high-quality evidence-based care to critically ill neonates.
- Monitor vital signs and assess changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and perform necessary procedures under physician direction.
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists respiratory therapists and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate and support parents and family members through their NICU journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to hospital protocols policies and NICU-specific standards of care.
- Education:
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing (ADN required).
- Licensure & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required at hire or within 30 days of start).
- Required Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of RN experience.
- 2 years of NICU or pediatric critical care experience.
