Were looking for a passionate Clinical Capability Quality Coordinator to support our Clinical Governance Unit. In this role youll apply your clinical expertise to strengthen capability functions across our health-related contracts. Youll be central to credentialing onboarding and compliance initiatives promoting best practice and driving continuous improvement.

As a Clinical Capability Quality Coordinator in the Clinical Governance team youll make a positive impact by:

Supporting strategic objectives across the Health Hub and Clinical Governance Unit.

Promoting adherence to clinical governance frameworks and compliance standards.

Assisting with credentialing onboarding and compliance activities across contracts.

Facilitating quality reviews and reporting on clinical governance metrics.

Developing and delivering training on compliance systems and processes.

Managing compliance waivers and contributing to contract deployment initiatives.

To be successful in this role youll have:

Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field and current AHPRA registration.

Recent experience in data analysis reporting and quality assurance.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

A detail-focused mindset with a proactive solution-oriented approach.

Familiarity with national Clinical Governance Frameworks and healthcare standards.

Advanced skills in MS Office particularly Excel and Word.
