Join Our Team as an IT Coordinator at Johnson Electric!
Location: Mississauga ON Canada (onsite)
As our next IT Coordinator youll be at the forefront of delivering frontline IT support to our Mississauga site. Your expertise in network support hardware/software configuration and end-user training will be vital to keeping operations connected productive and secure across our manufacturing and office environments.

Installation of all divisional software and hardware
Provide network and phone access to all employees
Educate all users regarding network usage and protocols
Configure all PCs to run on the network
Assess Process Change Notices (PCNs) that may impact IT
Installation of all divisional software and hardware and manage associated licenses
Participate in the development and maintenance of a system architecture map for the Mississauga campus
Implement hardware upgrades for users
Desktop support of users relating to all software and hardware issues
Phone system support / moves / adds / changes
Shop floor equipment and PC support
Provide necessary training for employees
Must work in a safe manner and comply with Johnson Electric Canadas Health and Safety policies and procedures
Works in compliance with Johnson Electric Quality and EHS Policies and Procedures including IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
Perform other related duties as required
Degree or diploma in computer studies or equivalent experience and certifications (e.g. MCSA)
Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
High level of integrity and dependability with a results-driven mindset
Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and Microsoft SQL
Knowledge of AS400 CMS and Avaya IP Office
Familiarity with Cisco and HPE Procurve platforms
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of IT security protocols and continuous improvement systems
