Job Description
Are you a proactive detail-driven EHS professional looking to make a meaningful impact Were seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead our efforts in creating and maintaining a safe compliant and environmentally responsible workplace.
This role is critical to ensuring employee well-being and operational compliance with all health safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and mitigate safety health and environmental risks across the facility.
Develop and implement EHS policies procedures and training programs.
Conduct routine inspections audits and accident investigations.
Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
Deliver safety training for both new hires and current employees.
Maintain documentation safety data sheets and regulatory records.
Ensure compliance with environmental permits and spill prevention programs.
Stay current with applicable EHS laws and regulations.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Environmental Safety Occupational Safety & Health or related field
5 years of relevant EHS experience (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)
In-depth knowledge of OSHA EPA and other relevant regulations
Strong analytical communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inspection tools
Physical Requirements:
Ability to conduct facility inspections and carry necessary equipment
Comfortable working at a desk and on a computer for extended periods
Able to lift to 25 lbs
