We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
An opportunity has come up in the Service Delivery Governance Units Development and Delivery Team for a Permanent Position. The typical work hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday; from time to time you may be required to work outside work hours.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Support the Team Leader in the development delivery and review of education programs aligned with compliance and workforce needs.
Assist in the coordination of onsite education visits audits and reporting to support residential homes.
Contribute to relevant meetings and mock accreditation processes to identify and respond to training needs.
Support the maintenance of education records and resources to ensure alignment with organisational standards.
Provide support to other Service Delivery Governance functions as required
Things that work for us:
Registered Nursing Degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration OR a Bachelor in other Health or equivalent degrees
Full-Time Permanent Position.
Flexible working arrangements
Travel may be involved.
Hybrid working from Bowen Hills Office our Residential Aged Care Homes or WFH.
Working collaboratively with the other members of the Service Delivery Governance Unit to get the best outcomes for our consumers and staff.
Working with all members of Service Delivery including supporting staff at all levels withing our homes.
Friendly and supportive team environment.
Must have experience and be competent in education delivery and content creation.
Minimum of 2 years experience in residential aged care.
Comprehensive understanding of aged care Quality Standards.
Proficiency in clinical management systems and Microsoft Office.
Past Leadership experience project management and problem-solving skills
Experience in implementing a care management system or upgrades adherence to schedule and scope.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work both as a team player and on their own.
Energetic dynamic with effective time management skills.
