Job Description
We are partnering with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading and they are looking to hire a Customer Success Officer who speaks fluent Italian to join their growing team in Limassol. If youre customer-focused and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environmentthis is the opportunity for you!

Compensation: Base salary performance-based bonuses
What Youll Be Doing
Assist global clients through live chat and email support
Manage client accounts updates and documentation
Handle incoming calls with impeccable phone etiquette
Provide troubleshooting support for trading platform issues
Promote company products and guide clients through services
Collaborate with Compliance and internal departments to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records and contribute to client satisfaction
Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Help the team meet and exceed performance targets
What Were Looking For
Native or fluent in Italian with strong English skills (B2)
Degree in Business or a related field
Previous experience in a similar support or finance role is an advantage
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms is a plus
Ability to work rotational shifts: 09:0018:00 10:0019:00 (MonFri)
Able to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
