As a job search coach in the Respiris marketplace youll have the autonomy to coach our way while also gaining access to a supportive ecosystem of tools peers and opportunities to grow.
Respiris exists to ensure no one navigates a job loss alone. Founded in 2024 by Angel Cruzado a former Head of HR who has both led and lived through layoffs Respiris built a coaching marketplace where impacted employees receive structured empathetic support at scale.

Through storytelling structure and strategy we help people find clarity and build confidence as they move forward.
Respiris currently partners with private companies (mostly VC- and PE-backed). Were preparing to 10x our footprint and that starts with expanding our coaching marketplace.

This is a flexible fractional opportunityideal for building your coaching practice while staying connected to a values-aligned peer community. In addition to ongoing peer-driven learning opportunities you can earn referral commissions.
As a Respiris Job Search Coach youll guide clients through a 90-day 10-session journey that blends empathy tools and action. This includes:
Youve lived through transition: either as an impacted employee relative of someone impacted by layoff leading a layoff or rebuilding after a major personal change (e.g. burnout divorce health event etc.). As a result youre ready to help others do the same.
Most importantly youve lived through transition and are ready to support others with empathy and clarity.
Youve likely earned a four-year college degree and have a bias for action reflection and human connection.
We onboard new coaches on a rolling basis.
