This ISO 9001 FLIR facility designs builds and services advanced surveillance radar systems that are sold worldwide. Our radar systems are amongst the best performers and most reliable in the industry.

Primary Duties & responsibilities

Overall day to day coordination and support with the responsibilities in specific areas listed below:

• Ensure communication with customer for RMAs
• Enter RMA information in SAP system
• Prepare quote for unit repaired
• Prepare shipping documents to return the units to the customer
• Request HTS code for new and existing product
• In accordance with procedures perform Global Trade Compliance verifications for all shipments (ITAR- GTC)
• Purchase office supplies
• Create purchase requisition for Engineering group
• Track shipments from Laval to the customer
• Communicate with customers for shipping instruction
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• College diploma in Administration/Supply Chain/accountability or related discipline
• Experience with SAP
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experience in a small business environment is an asset
• Bilingual- strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English language
• Working knowledge of MS office (Word Excel Outlook)

Administration et support au service a la clientle

Responsabilits:

Coordination et soutien au jour le jour avec des responsabilits dans les domaines spcifiques numrs ci-dessous:

• Assurer la communication avec les clients pour les RMA
• Effectuer lentre de donnes pour les RMA dans SAP
• Prparer les soumissions pour les units rpars.
• Communiquer les instructions dexpdition aux clients et prparer les documents dexpdition
• Faire les demandes de code tarifaire HTS pour les nouveaux produits et ceux existant
• Effectuer la vrification des expditions en conformit avec nos procdures (Itar-GTC)
• Effectuer lachat de la papeterie
• Prparer les rquisitions dachat pour lingnierie
• Effectuer le suivi des envois nos clients
• Toutes autres taches demandes

Exigences

• Diplme dtudes Collgiales en administration/chaine dapprovisionnement ou discipline reli au poste
• Connaissance de SAP est un atout
• tre multi-tches et dsir de simpliquer dans lentreprise
• Exprience en petite entreprise est un atout
• tre bilingue franais et anglais crit et oral
• Connaissance pratique de la suite MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)

This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
