At HUB24 were shaping the future of wealth management. Were on a journey of growth and transformation and were looking for a Reporting Data Analyst to join our team on a 12-month parental leave cover contract.

About the Role
As APRA Reporting Data Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting HUB24s regulatory reporting obligations particularly those required by APRA. This role will see you work with large volumes of data in Excel applying business and regulatory rules to deliver accurate and insightful reports. Youll be part of a team thats passionate about data quality and storytelling helping to inform decision-making at senior levels.

What youll do

    • Regulatory Reporting
    • Collate data sources across multiple business units to prepare and submitaccurate complete and on-time reports to APRA in line with expectations and deadlines
    • Maintain process documentation for all current and new reporting obligations
    • Support regular internal and external audits in relation to regulatory reporting requirements
    • APRA Response and Process Improvement
    • Manage the integration of new or changing requirements from APRA into existing process
    • Respond to any data queries or adhoc requests from the regulatory and trustee office with accuracy and timeliness
    • Identify process improvement initiatives to enhance future reporting scalability
    • Data Quality
    • Support the wider Data Servicing and Quality team with involvement in data quality initiatives such as remediation IDQ maintenance and rule development

What youll need:

    • Strong data analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
    • Meticulous attention to details with a strong background in data handling
    • Strong Knowledge and experience in the superannuation industry would be highly regarded.
    • Experience in APRA or regulatory reporting highly regarded.
    • Positive can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Results orientated with desire and energy to strive to achieve optimal results.
    • Commitment to high standards of client service with a balanced focus on the commercial priorities of the business.
