Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Pay:
Location: Kissimmee FL
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and general repairs to ensure efficiency of the department
- Ability to keep open and effective communication with fellow coworkers other departments and leadership
- Ensure all equipment is in safe and operable order before use
- Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to guest room calls
- Keep accurate records on assigned tasks and keep inventory-up-to-date at all times
- Completing any other task/duties assigned
Qualifications
- Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts weekends and holidays
- Must have attention to detail strong ability to multi-task and time-management skills
- Engineering and/or maintenance experience of at least 2 years is required. Knowledge of HVAC electrical and/or plumbing is a plus.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma GED or equivalent is required
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching pushing pulling lifting carrying etc.
- Valid drivers license is required.
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to bend climb and stoop repetitively
