What does a Maintenance Planner do
As a Maintenance Planner at Tree Top your daily responsibilities will include developing and managing maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. You will collaborate with maintenance technicians and production teams to prioritize work orders ensuring that all tasks align with our operational goals. Additionally you will analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement allowing for proactive maintenance actions. Communication with vendors for parts and supplies will be essential as will updating and maintaining accurate maintenance records. You will also participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety while adapting to the evolving needs of our production environment.
Your ability to foster teamwork and drive efficiency will be crucial to your success in this role.

Pay Information:
Salary Range: $83600 to $125400 annually
Target Starting Range: $83600 to $95000 annually
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this positions grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors such as experience and if applicable location.
