Maintenance Assistant
Description of the role:
The Maintenance Assistant at Springs Village Care Center in Colorado Springs CO will be responsible for assisting in the upkeep and maintenance of the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks
- Assisting with repairs
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards (Life Safety knowledge)
- On-call Availability
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred 2 years
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of State Regulations
- Knowledge of the Tels System
Benefits:
Competitive compensation ranging from $18.50 - $23.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.
