Your new role

At QBE we understand the value of continuous learning and development for our people. This role is responsible for crafting engaging digital and instructor-led learning solutions that evolve with the changing needs of our organisation. As the Digital Learning Design Lead you will play a critical role in designing and developing learning solutions to support our leadership development.

You will also:

• Liaise with subject matter experts to design digitally-focused learning solutions

• Create learning solutions across a variety of modalities to uplift capabilities across the organisation

• Translate enterprise and divisional capability needs into effective learning interventions

Your story so far

Youre a creative and strategic learning designer with a passion for leadership development. You thrive on translating complex capability needs into engaging scalable learning experiences that make a real impact.

• Skilled in instructional design techniques especially digital learning (i.e. eLearning videos microlearns etc.)

• Previous experience with designing and developing process and systems training

• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate and similar platforms.

• Highly developed internal consulting change management and project management skills

• Time management and ability to perform and prioritize in fast-paced and changing environment

• In depth knowledge of instructional design theory techniques and trends
