As a Senior Manager you will lead a team to grow revenue and expand the depth and scope of LinkedIns relationships with these agencies. You will develop long term relationships through your knowledge of the advertising space consultative style and your comfort with insights technology and data. As the leader of the team you will play a key role in motivating coaching and developing the team to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Agency Relationship Management & Growth
- Be responsible for driving the growth of the agency business in the APAC market.
- Manage and build strong relationships with senior leaders in agencies ensuring that their business agenda is well represented.
- Work collaboratively with global agency leadership to identify solution design build business cases and execute key initiatives for agency partners.
- Lead strategic conversations with agencies to help enhance their value proposition and build scaled solutions for them.
Leadership and People Management
- Hire lead coach and inspire a team of agency leads to reach their full potential and deliver best-in-class work.
- Empower the team to create impact internally and externally.
- Provide open honest and constructive feedback and coaching when it comes to skill gaps and training to develop team and talent.
- Anticipate hiring needs of the team and develop an internal and external talent pipeline.
- Consistently lead by example through our LinkedIn values and culture creating awareness for team members through collective interactions.
- Build a culture of inclusion and belonging for your team and those around you.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Partners closely with regional sales leads to drive growth in key markets and accounts.
- Effectively drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across product marketing sales readiness GTM operations and other internal stakeholders.
- Understand and effectively frame agency challenges and opportunities to enroll cross-functional support in delivering programs to market.
- Drive global communication collaboration and coordination between regional agency teams to cross-pollinate best practices.
- Provide regular business updates to management on team business customer feedback and needs to ensure shared understanding of status opportunities and potential growth for agency and LinkedIn.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualification
- 10 years of experience in advertising sales customer development or agency partnerships within digital marketing ad tech or social media platforms..
- 5 years of experience in leading teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience building and leading successful teams.
- Extensive experience working with agencies to provide world-class customer service to clients.
- Experience developing consultative selling strategies for large enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing a portfolio of established mature client relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with high ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at a country regional and global level as well as externally.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with agility and inspire in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to inspire creativity throughout the organization.
- A high degree of analytical acumen and demonstrated ability to project and assess the commercial impact of current and proposed partnership practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to C-level audience.
