Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our sales and expansion efforts. This role involves coordinating with internal teams preparing presentations and proposals maintaining client databases and assisting with strategic planning to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development team with lead generation and outreach
Support the preparation of business proposals presentations and reports
Maintain and update CRM systems and client information
Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities
Help coordinate meetings client follow-ups and internal communications
Assist in tracking performance metrics and preparing monthly summaries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1 year of experience in a business development sales or administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and market trends
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
