Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Building and maintaining a network of business relationships with key accounts/customers through online phone as well as in-person contact.
Managing sales activities and identifying new business opportunities.
Researching the needs and priorities of key accounts.
Creating offers for key accounts.
Taking care of the timely extension of existing contracts
Ensuring the quality of service as well as customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards.
Mentoring and supporting professional growth of team members.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
Bachelors or Masters degree.
Work experience in the field of IT products and services sales from min 5 years.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
Ambition and persistence in achieving set goals.
Commited to professional growth and continuous learning.
Demonstrates strong ownership and responsibility.
Other Requirements:
Fluent in Croatian and English (spoken and written) experience working in international teams is a plus.
Proactive & adaptable problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges.
Strong sense of confidentiality & teamwork ability to handle sensitive data responsibly.
Passion for area of cybersecurity is a plus!
