As a Heavy Duty Truck Parts Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Heavy Duty Parts business at A1 Trick in Alma MI. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Heavy Duty Parts preferably covering all makes to provide comprehensive support to our customers.
- Demonstrate the Never Say No Philosophy by efficiently gathering information to locate and identify any required Heavy Duty Truck parts.
- Collaborate with our Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to identify sales opportunities and engage customers on our full range of Heavy Duty offerings.
- Execute prompt and effective follow-up with customers to ensure accurate part selection and exceptional service.
- Assist management in developing sales promotions to drive Heavy Duty sales growth.
- Work closely with management to establish tailored Heavy Duty inventories for the stores you support based on customer demand.
- Conduct outbound sales calls on a daily basis leveraging sales promotions to foster Heavy Duty sales leads.
- Delivery of store orders.

Heavy Duty Truck Parts Specialist A1 Truck Alma
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Heavy Duty Parts with a strong preference for comprehensive knowledge across all makes.
- Proven ability to effectively source and identify Heavy Duty Truck parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
