As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for day-to-day administration for the ChiefFinancial Officer and the Executive Vice President Corporate Development & Strategy. You will strategically manage day to day calendar events travel arrangements and support ad hoc requests. This will include submitting expenses documenting meeting notes and supporting logistics for corporate meetings. Additionally the Executive Assistant will oversee and assist with liaison and communication between the Executive and internal and external office engagements.This is an onsite role (with some flexibility) at our 333 N. Green Street office location in downtown Chicago.
