Were delighted to announce were looking fora Senior Regional 1st Line Support Analystto support manage and inspire our fantastic 1st Line team to continue to deliver a first class service to our colleagues.
Apart from having the technical knowledge required to lead the team wholl look to you for assistance youll also need to be able to take a big picture approach learning from helpdesk tickets received and taking a proactive approach to put measures in place toreduce the likelihood of issues reoccurring.
Not only this but youll work to continue to embed an always learning culture within the team encouraging the team to remain always curious and continuously look to upskill themselves in order to continue to grow professionally andprovide the best service possible.

Youll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether thats at another of our offices a cafe or at home.
