Required Qualifications
Associates degree or at least three years of work experience from which equivalent knowledge skills and abilities can be acquired. Proficiency with word processing spreadsheet and email software. Evidence of oral and written communication skills interpersonal and customer service skills leadership skills and organizational critical thinking and problem-solving skills. History of dependability reliability accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records. Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree or at least five years of higher education work experience with college and registrar-related processes. Experience using Ellucians Banner software DegreeWorks or Banner Document Management System. Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Access and Outlook. Experience in or with military service or benefits.
