About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our shipping operations using leading logistics platforms and other courier aggregators. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in integrating and coordinating with multiple courier partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Courier Aggregator Management: Utilize platforms like Ship rocket to integrate and manage multiple courier partners including Delhivery Ecom Express Blue Dart and others.
Order Fulfillment & Dispatch: Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfillment ensuring accurate packaging labeling and timely dispatch of shipments.
Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to monitor stock levels and plan for reorders or dispatches.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage shipping documentation including invoices delivery challans and e-way bills ensuring compliance with GST and other regulations.
Last-Mile Delivery Optimization: Manage and coordinate last-mile delivery processes to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfilment.
Cost Optimization: Monitor logistics costs and suggest areas for cost reduction leveraging the capabilities of aggregator platforms to negotiate better rates.
Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between sales warehouse procurement and clients to ensure smooth information flow and address any delivery-related issues.
