The salary scale for Professional Support 2 is based on steps that range from $64783.04 - $86126.92. New Professional Support employees may receive up to a maximum of seven steps for relevant occupational experience which is $75439.19 annually.
What you will be doing
The project coordinator will report to the Senior Manager Entrepreneurship and will be responsible for project coordination of activities events and programming in entrepreneurship across NSCC with particular focus on The Dartmouth Makerspace. This position will support the growth and development the NSCC provincial makerspace strategy resource support program coordination and other similar entrepreneurial programming for makerspace development for staff and students. This role focuses on the program development that will propel students into the entrepreneurial ecosystem from a local national and international perspective through the delivery of extra co and curricular programming.

As a condition of employment Professional Support employees at NSCC must complete a two-year (part-time) adult education program delivered by NSCC. This adult education program is a significant investment on the part of NSCC in the learning and development of new employees. To achieve regular status; all probationary full or part-time Professional Support employees of the College must successfully complete the program within their probationary period. Term full-time Professional Support employees whose term appointment is twelve or more months are also required to participate in this program.
