Job Description

Designation : Assistant Vice President - Key Account Management
Location : Central Bangalore
CTC Budgeted: 25 Lacs

Role & Responsibilities

In this role KAM serves as the Principal Property Operations SPOC for Simpliwork. KAM provides direct oversight and strategic planning for all needs and processes related to Facilities and ensures compliance with all corporate policies and governmental regulations. He/she looks for opportunities to improve service and then develops monitors and assists in change implementation. KAM collaborates closely with the City based Property administrative team department staff consultants and vendors. KAM will model and foster high ethical standards integrity and respect for colleagues service partners and the property in the conduct of Facility Operations.

  • Direct the City based Operations of an organizations facilities and properties.
  • Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future needs.
  • Oversee the functioning of all building systems including mechanical electrical fire/life safety plumbing and waste management.
  • Establish PPM schedules and prioritize R&M work to minimize disruption of Client operations.
  • Oversee contractors involved in facility projects and delivery of services ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and budgetary restrictions.
  • Ensure building operations comply with all local Compliance laws and regulations. Direct the Property based Operations of an organizations facilities and properties.

  • Ensure building operations comply with all local Compliance laws and regulations.
  • Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
  • Develop long and short-range maintenance plans/programs (e.g. emergency response plans energy management plans annual budget etc. for the purpose of ensuring that resources are effectively utilized.
  • Direct projects (e.g. site repairs/construction preventive maintenance etc. for the purpose of ensuring completion within established time frames project design and budget.
  • Monitor and manage CAPEX/OPEX costs of assigned programs and related financial activity for the purpose of ensuring that expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed.
  • Participate in meetings workshops and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
  • Perform personnel functions (e.g. interviewing evaluating supervising etc. to maintain adequate staffing enhance personnel productivity and achieve objectives within budget.
  • Present information to communicate information gaining feedback and ensure adherence to established internal controls. s. Recommend new hires promotions terminations and transfers to maintain staffing needs and productivity of the workforce.
  • Research new products laws regulations etc. to recommend purchases contracts and maintain facility services. Look for opportunities to improve service and develop monitor and assist in implementing change.
  • Develop and recommend departmental policies procedures and programs to ensure departmental effectiveness. Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. Coordination with Local Authorities.

Skills

Industry Experiance: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience

Age : Not exceeding 47 years

Qualifications : BTech (Electrical) / Hotel Management Graduate/ Graduate
