You will have the commercial and contractual ownership of dedicated accounts. We are not in this to get short-term gains. You are known for your ability to form long-lasting relationships with clients and for your skills in leading your team/colleagues to their full potential. You will get a chance to lead our Services clients cluster to drive our client success. Youll be supported by your team members and other professionals of Sievo. As a Key Account Manager you will:

  • Own a portfolio of 1525 global enterprise clients
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives with procurement IT ESG and finance stakeholders
  • Partner closely with CxOs and super users to drive adoption and value
  • Youll collaborate with a high-performing team and be supported by Sievos delivery and product experts.

What were looking for:

Experience & Skills

  • 5 years in account management customer success or B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience managing six-figure enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with procurement and/or procurement tech
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (CxO level)
  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages especially Spanish a plus)
  • Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of complex software

  • Confident and consultative in complex discussions
  • Independent and proactive with a bias for action
  • Excited by global business and occasional travel (up to 30 days/year)

Salary Range: $115000 - $140000 OTE

Work Type: Hybrid based in Chicago IL

Salary will be determined at the conclusion of the interview process based on your skills and experience.
