Job Description

Job Title:Executive Sales Representative

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the acquisition and procurement of significant private and government projects within the designated market through the utilization of personal connections and influencing decisionmakers.
  • Develop and maintain strong rapport with key stakeholders to facilitate project sales including builders contractors applicators architects and approving authorities.
  • Perform thorough market research and analysis to understand projectspecific requirements competitor activities and market trends utilizing this information to shape sales strategies.
  • Effectively communicate product quality and advantages to project stakeholders through presentations demonstrations and promotional activities.
  • Monitor project sales performance compile comprehensive reports on sales activities and provide insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key project customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
  • Ensure full compliance with the companys reporting requirements maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.


Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships.
  • Highly motivated resultoriented and capable of working independently.
  • Must possess a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • 2 6 years of experience in Project Sales preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry.
  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Must possess a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. 2 - 6 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry. Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
