Job Title: Client Success Radiology Liaison
Location: Remote

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
General Teleradiology and Internal Workflow Support
.
Monitor and respond to expedite requests addendums and missing clinical documentation.
.
Ensure comparison studies are accurately linked and escalate any issues.
.
Respond to client office inquiries regarding study status comparison discrepancies and workflow questions.
.
Upload prior imaging and confirm alignment in PACS for radiologist interpretation.
.
Assist with room and procedural workflow mapping for new clients or updated setups.
.
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on imaging studies as needed.
.
Delay image uploads when necessary to wait for associated prior studies.
.
Request missing office notes if not included with requisitions.
.
Assign studies to radiologists only after confirming all required information is complete.
ClientSpecific Workflow Management
.
Manage manual entry and processing of imaging studies for select clients.
.
Push and align prior studies in PACS to ensure they are ready for interpretation.
.
Address and escalate clientspecific issues related to comparisons documentation gaps and addendums.
.
Act as a key point of contact for designated clients answering workflow questions and providing ongoing support.
.
Use internal tools (e.g. tracking sheets) to monitor study completeness and follow up on missing items.
.
Assign completed studies to the appropriate radiologist for interpretation.
.
Support specialized imaging workflows including server uploads for specific scan types.
.
Assist with quality assurance system integration and workflow clarification for new client onboarding.
Qualifications
.
Prior experience in radiology workflow client success or healthcare administration strongly preferred.
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve workflow issues.
.
Proficiency with PACS and RIS systems a plus.
.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced remote work environment.
.
A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting both clients and internal teams.
