Job Description
Set-up and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (ManilaTime)

We are looking for a skilled Drafter to produce detailed technical drawings and plans. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong proficiency in Revit and BIM 360 to create manage and coordinate digital models and documentation. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and efficient design communication and project collaboration across various disciplines.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and prepare detailed drawings plans and layouts.
- Collaborate with design teams to create and update BIM models ensuring data accuracy and version control.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to incorporate design changes and revisions promptly.
- Maintain organized digital documentation and drawing archives for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and construction documents.
- Review and verify drawings for compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support project teams by providing technical drafting assistance and resolving design-related issues.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in drafting or technical design roles.
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM 360 software platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and construction documentation practices.

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in estimation, project costing, or a similar role. Proficiency in AroFlo CRM, and Groundplan software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and regulatory standards. Speak English well. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing plans and documentation. Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various tools and systems.
