Job Description
Property Soar is seeking a dependable and proactive Client Account Representative to join our growing team. This role involves managing client relationships handling account inquiries ensuring service satisfaction and supporting accountrelated activities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for assigned client accounts
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate account records and prepare account updates as needed
Assist with billing payments and contract updates
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients
Identify opportunities to improve service and increase client satisfaction
Support onboarding of new clients and maintain longterm relationships
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (preferred)
13 years of experience in client service account management or administrative support
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Detailoriented with a customerfirst mindset
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
