Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and analytical Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Mainz Germany. In this role you will lead our data analytics efforts driving datadriven decisionmaking across the organization and managing a team of skilled analysts.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Oversee the design and execution of complex data analysis projects
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify datadriven solutions for business challenges
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Implement best practices for data governance quality and security
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling and machine learning
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Computer Science Mathematics or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in data analytics with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Python and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong statistical analysis skills and understanding of machine learning techniques
- Excellent project management abilities and experience leading crossfunctional teams
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience with business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus
