We are looking for a Growth Hacker to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on datadriven marketing experiments aggressively and continuously optimises for results. You will be responsible for SEO SEM ASO ASA and other digital growth strategies aimed at expanding our user base and maximising conversions.
Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute multichannel growth strategies focused on acquiring users in Southeast Asian markets.
SEO & Content Marketing: Optimise website content and landing pages to improve organic search rankings and drive inbound traffic.
SEM & Paid Acquisition: Manage and optimise Google Ads TikTok Ads and other paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.
ASO (App Store Optimisation): Improve app visibility and conversion rates in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
ASA (Apple Search Ads): Plan execute and optimise Apple Search Ads campaigns to drive highquality app downloads.
Performance Analysis: Track analyse and report on key growth metrics user behaviors and campaign performance to inform strategy.
Experimentation & A/B Testing: Run rapid datainformed experiments on marketing funnels ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Localisation & Market Expansion: Tailor growth strategies to align with local market dynamics cultural preferences and language nuances.
Retention & Engagement: Partner with product and CRM teams to enhance user retention engagement and lifetime value.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product engineering design and analytics teams to drive holistic growth initiatives.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
36 years of experience in growth marketing digital marketing or performance marketing ideally with exposure to Southeast Asian markets.
Proven handson experience with SEO SEM ASO ASA and paid media platforms (e.g. Google Ads Meta Ads Apple Search Ads) as well as analytics tools such as Google Analytics Adjust Ahrefs and Apptweak.
Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to make datadriven decisions.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus Mandarin preferred.
Deep understanding of digital consumer behavior and key acquisition channels in Southeast Asia.
Excellent project management and execution skills with a track record of driving measurable results.
Experience in online marketing ecommerce or the online travel industry is a strong advantage.
