This is a remote position.
Position Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistWork Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 1:30pm 10:00pm PHT
Salary: Php50k - Php80k
Holidays: UK Holidays
Our client is a domestic appliance retailer and wholesaler with 2 premises in the UK and has been operating now for over 40 years. The client s business has been set-up as a virtual extension to our bricks and mortar retail business making it even easier to get product information and place your order - all whilst receiving the same fantastic service you would expect in-store!
We are looking for a highly creative skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join an established and even more growing e-commerce retail business. This role offers the opportunity to be hands-on with all aspects of digital engagement while contributing to the smooth operation of back-end systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION AS A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALISTS
Your Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist will be:
Create Manage and lead digital marketing and email campaigns and other initiatives to attract more leads and potential customers.
Manage and maintain the companys social media profiles and presence such as Facebook and instagram
Develop/Create engaging content for social media platforms that promotes audience interaction and increases company visibility.
Performing regular website updates management and Optimization through Magento 2 and doing HTML Banners
Conduct keyword research and develop SEO/ SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics identify trends and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Handle the Paid Advertisements (Facebook Ads and Google Ads)
Come up with other initiatives that can drive boost to company s branding and growth.
Qualifications as Digital Marketing Specialist:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media Communications or related field
Atleaste 3-5 years Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns yielding to more leads and customers for the business.
Proven experience working with UK and other international client markets.
Experience using Magento 2 in managing/maintaining website is highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms particularly with Instagram Facebook etc.
Design/ Creative Background and proficient in sotwares such as Canva Adobe Photoshop and Ilustrator etc.
Proficiency in content creation and storytelling across various digital platform
Basic video editing/ video creation skills
Strong SEO/SEM skills including keyword research on-page optimization and link-building strategies.
Experience with handling Paid Ads and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Experience with working with similar business/niche is a plus
