Job Description for reference
Marketing & Communication:
Develop and manage annual and monthly marketing plans to support admissions goals.
Maintain and regularly update the schools social media platforms and digital presence.
Create content and coordinate for Magazine newsletters brochures banners videos and other promotional materials.
Ensure all communication reflects the schools Jain ethos cultural sensitivities and academic excellence.
Support admission counsellors and collaborate with administrative staff.
Liaise with internal departments (academic finance etc.) to facilitate smooth admissions.
Report admissions trends and metrics regularly to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with outdoor vendors for all marketing material requirements.
Admissions Support:
Coordinate with the admissions team to plan and execute campaigns for student enrolment.
Follow up with leads from various channels (calls emails walkins) to guide them through the admission process.
Maintain a CRM or lead database and track conversions.
Evaluate applications academic records and supporting documents.
Assist students and parents in completing forms and submitting all required documentation.
Participate in parent feedback sessions and perception analysis.
Event Coordination:
Plan and participate in internal and external activities and events including open houses school fairs and community gatherings.
Assist in organizing community events and outreach programs.
Arrange and coordinate material requirements for all activities and events.
Develop and distribute promotional materials brochures leaflets and digital content.
Represent the school at external outreach events and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Public Relations:
Build relationships with local media and community leaders for outreach and visibility and act as the public relations officer for the school.
Works with the principal to gather feedback from parents and external stakeholders.
Market Research & Competitor Monitoring:
Monitor competing schools marketing activities and benchmark best practices.
Gather feedback from parents and stakeholders to improve messaging and campaigns.
