- 2 Positions Available Box Hill or Eltham location
- Competitive salary including salary packaging
- Permanent Part Time positions 2 days per week

Our role is also supporting people to selfmanage longterm health conditions such as diabetes and mental health challenges with multidisciplinary teams delivering communitybased programs in a comfortable setting. We also support people including older people and people with disability to stay living at home longer and to live well in their community.
Our broad range of primary health services care management and in home and community support services can be tailored to an individuals needs and with major hubs in Box Hill and Eltham these services can be delivered locally in the Eastern and North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Description
The opportunity:
We are looking for General Dentists to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams in a flexible part time capacity.
- 2 x Permanent parttime roles 2 days per week (0.4 FTE)
- Eltham 2 days per week
- Box Hill 2 days per week
- Supportive clinical leadership and mentoring
- Inclinic and occasional outreach work
- A valuesbased organisation with a strong focus on equity and access
Skills And Experiences
Our ideal candidate:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Strong general clinical skills and a clientcentred approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in public or community dental settings (desirable)
- Commitment to quality improvement and lifelong learning
