We are looking for a highly organized and self-driven General Virtual Assistant (GVA) with a solid background in BPO or call center operations. This role supports clients in a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your prior BPO experience will be valuable in handling fast-paced workloads maintaining service excellence and adapting quickly to client needs.
Provide administrative support including email management calendar scheduling and data entry.
Handle customer service-related tasks such as responding to inquiries via email chat or voice.
Assist in managing CRM tools and tracking customer interactions or sales pipelines.
Prepare reports presentations and basic spreadsheets as needed.
Support marketing tasks like basic research content scheduling or list building.
Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Apply call center experience to manage customer escalations or front-line support tasks.
Utilize BPO-standard SOPs and QA protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency in task execution.
Leverage multitasking and time management skills from BPO background to meet strict SLAs or deadlines.
Perform client account handling order processing or tech support depending on the clients business.
Use tools common in BPO (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk Salesforce RingCentral or Dialpad).
At least 2 years of Virtual Assistant experience preferably in a fast-paced client-facing role.
Minimum 1-2 years BPO/call center experience in customer service sales or technical support.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Tech-savvy; able to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
Experience using G-Suite MS Office and project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana ClickUp).
Must be proactive detail-oriented and reliable.
Familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms
Background in customer retention upselling or lead generation
Basic knowledge of eCommerce or social media management
Experience in remote communication and working with international clients
