This position functions as a departmental specialist for the Behavioral and Physical Health and Aging Services Administration (BPHASA) within the Office of Strategic Partnerships and Medicaid Administrative Services. As the Data and Evaluation Specialist this position leads quality assurance metric collection and reporting data analysis and evaluation for the Innovation in Behavioral Health (IBH) Model and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Demonstration. This position performs advanced analysis of data to meet required state and federal reporting and program evaluation requirements. This position facilitates data sharing agreements between providers and payers provides technical assistance related as needed facilitates data alignment supports data sharing among payers and providers supports ADT system development develops practice transformation activities to improve the flow and usage of data for decision making prepares data for federal reporting requirements analyzes data and develops reports.

Four years of professional experience including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
.Additional Requirements and Information
The physical location of this position is 400 S. Pine Street with remote options available. Based on operational needs and within established limits remote work and alternate or hybrid work schedule requests for this position may be considered.
Selected candidates who have been approved to work remotely or a hybrid schedule must complete that work within Michigan. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.
Employees will be provided computers to perform state work. Phones may also be provided for necessary communications. If working remotely employees will be responsible for providing other components of a remote office at their own expense including:
- A secure work location that allows privacy and prevents distractions.
- A highspeed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Suitable lighting furniture and utilities.
