Overview of job
This role is part of our Mindshare Exchange (Digital trading) and aligned with Central Trading Group Groupm. You will be responsible for implementation of the overall digital trading strategy for businesses in West India for a set of agency OpCos within Mindshare keeping in mind the priorities of the agencies:
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Director Digital trading Mindshare west.

Measures of success
In 3 months:
- Completely be in sync with our overall trading objectives and implementation strategy
- Get completely aligned to your selected set of agency stakeholders and set of processes that are to be followed.
- Be aligned on key deliveries and set a plan to achieve the same.
- Demonstration of technical knowledge
- Rigorous tracking of client and buy deliverables
In 6 months:
- Be actively involved in daytoday trading practices and ensure smooth fulfilment of the role.
- Regular tracking of client deliverables
- Contributing to monthly buying reviews with client
- Being updated on latest happenings
In 12 months:
- Achieve all expectations and KPIs set out for the year.
- Add value to the group through thought leadership in areas mutually decided with your reporting manager
- Provide inputs to new implementation strategies (if any)
Responsibilities of the role
- To work with the Regional Head of Exchange and execute the established Digital Trading strategy for the selected agency OpCos and their clients in West India. To be specific ensure all key KPIs like Deal making for clients Client pricing Inflation control demand generation encouraging clients to measure BAV are implemented successfully.
- Syncing up with stake holders to ensure all client level buying KPIs are successfully delivered.
- Along with execution ensure setting up systems to monitor their effective implementation.
- To assist with troubleshooting and negotiation support as and when is needed with the agencies to ensure the continued success and excellence of these strategies.
- Other miscellaneous related duties as required.
What you will need
- A trading or dealmaking personality who enjoys the excitement of negotiations.
- A practical handson approach and excellent local media owner connections.
- A sensitive careful approach is needed to obtain the best results from our media vendor partners (as well as our clients and staff).
- Energy and enthusiasm to relentlessly drive changes across the business and help our staff embrace this new initiative and the change in behaviour that is needed.
- A collaborative and astute approach to build trust and respect across our total network we are a multiagency multilayer organization.
- A deep understanding of digital media and familiarity with all aspects of digital media including display Search Social Mobile Video Programmatic Data etc.
- 3 years of experience in the digital arena ideally across multiple markets and/or in a regional role with an emphasis on buying and negotiation
