Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday schedule may be considered for the right candidate)

Sagan represents a company in the home services industry. The team is focused on delivering a warm professional and trustworthy customer experience. Theyre seeking a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions and support daily service coordination.

Position Overview:

As a remote Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers across phone email and chat. Youll help schedule service appointments answer questions about services and pricing and follow up on open work orders and invoices. Youll also document all interactions clearly and provide solutions with a calm customerfirst attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate dispatch updates.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding services pricing and availability.
  • Follow up on open work orders estimates and outstanding invoices.
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the companys CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimal accent preferred for phone clarity.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer support or call center environment.
  • Friendly confident phone manner with a serviceoriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently with strong accountability.
  • Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in HVAC home services or dispatch coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRMs especially Service Titan.
  • Prior experience supporting customers.
