Job Description
The Curriculum Specialist will report to the Registrar and is responsible for updating university systems to accurately reflect curriculum/policy requirements for all degree programs and all academic levels. This position also ensures that approved curriculum changes are communicated to relevant parties internally and externally in a timely manner by updating shared university resources. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES : System Administrator for Acalog system. Manage updates to the university Bulletins with changes approved through the various curriculum committees. Module Administrator in Colleague for Degree Audit managing master degree audits for all academic levels updating to accurately reflect regular curriculum changes and troubleshooting studentlevel exceptions at request of managing enrollment offices. System administrator for Curriculog system and associated workflows for curriculum reviews in collaboration with college curriculum committees and Office of University Assessment & Institutional Effectiveness. Maintains accuracy of course information in Colleague in conjunction with documentation from Curriculum Committees Office of the Provost and Institutional Research. Maintains and updates balance sheets for all degree programs in collaboration with Center for Academic Advising. Assists Registrar and Center for Academic Advising with management of semester waitlists. Assists the Associate Registrar with updating articulation agreements and transfer evaluations. Assists during crunch times when additional help is needed processing transcripts verifications of student enrollments study abroad courses posting of credit by exam and transfer credits from external institutions. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree. At least three years experience working in higher education preferably in an admissions or advising office. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational planning and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with faculty and staff across multiple colleges and disciplines. Fluency in Ellucian Colleague or other enterprise resource planning software. Previous experience editing a publication.
