Position Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter you will be a pivotal member of our talent acquisition team responsible for identifying engaging and hiring exceptional candidates across various functions. Your expertise in recruitment strategies relationship building and market knowledge will be vital in ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment process that aligns with our companys values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. FullCycle Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Source screen and evaluate candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
2. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and execute creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage toptier talent.
Stay informed about market trends industry developments and competitor activities to adjust recruitment approaches proactively.
3. Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Provide timely and transparent communication to candidates regarding their application status interview process and feedback.
4. Employer Branding:
Contribute to enhancing the companys employer brand by promoting our culture values and career opportunities.
Create and share compelling job postings and content on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
5. Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make datadriven recommendations for process improvements.
7. Team Leadership (if applicable):
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team.
Lead by example promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. PHR SHRMSCP) are a plus.
At Least 5 Years of experience in fullcycle recruitment focusing on seniorlevel or specialized roles.
Indepth knowledge of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and interviewing methodologies.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Strategic mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment practices.
