Financial Advisor Specialist
Opportunity
SMArtX Advisory Solutions a fast-growing and innovative financial technology firm headquartered in West Palm Beach Florida is seeking a Financial Advisor Specialist to join our Client Success team. This role is focused on delivering world-class client service and ensuring clients maximize the value of the SMArtX platform.
As a Financial Advisor Specialist you will be the go-to partner for advisors brokers and wealth management firms guiding them through onboarding training and day-to-day platform use. You will serve as both a client advocate and product expert ensuring a seamless experience that builds long-term relationships and drives client success.
Responsibilities
- Support clients through onboarding ensuring smooth adoption of the SMArtX platform.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs goals and challenges.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries via chat email and phone.
- Conduct trainings workshops and tutorials to help clients optimize platform usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading operations technology) to resolve client issues.
- Gather feedback track client satisfaction and share insights to improve the client experience.
- Maintain and contribute to training resources documentation and client education materials.
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement with additional products and services.
- Role is not remote: Location is Downtown West Palm Beach FL.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred (Business Finance or related field a plus).
- 1 year of experience in a client success client service or support role preferred.
- Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable teaching and guiding clients with patience and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software.
