About the role
Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture through creative communication Join our Corporate Affairs team as a People & Culture Communications Manager and play a key role in engaging our 26000 colleagues. Supporting the Senior Internal Communications Manager youll craft inspiring content that brings our Culture Values Learning & Development Performance and Inclusion initiatives to life. Collaborate with Media Relations Stakeholder Relations and Community Engagement teams to produce clear and impactful messaging. What your days will look like
Align & Support: Collaborate with leadership to ensure People & Culture communications align with business goals and workforce needs.
Engage & Inspire: Deliver captivating content on Culture Values Skills and Inclusion to deeply engage our diverse team.
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with L&D Rewards and Inclusion teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate across the firm.
Craft & Coordinate: Develop compelling stories and content across various channels to bring our values to life.
Analyse & Improve: Track communications effectiveness using insights to refine and enhance our messaging.
Celebrate & Empower: Support cultural milestones and champion employee voices to foster a vibrant workplace.
This role is for you if
You have extensive experience in internal communications or employee engagement within People/HR roles.
You possess strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging content from strategic initiatives.
You are skilled in managing multiple projects while collaborating across HR and business teams.
You naturally communicate with precision and empathy fostering employee connection and empowerment.
You are curious and thrive in collaborative environments turning innovative ideas into action.
