We are now looking for a Head of People & Culture to join our Technology unit and support our journey toward becoming the leading purpose-driven digital telco in the Nordics and Baltics.

As Head of People & Culture for Technology unit you will drive the people agenda in close alignment with the Group People strategy. Operating at both a strategic and tactical level this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-looking team. As a key member of the leadership team you will play a central role in shaping our people strategy driving leadership development and influencing the future of work at Telia. You will lead a team of four HR professionals and report to CTIO & Head of Technology with a dotted line to SVP Chief People Officer.

Who we are looking for
This senior leadership role requires a solid background in broad HR roles or equivalent experience from divisional or country-level HR leadership. We also hope that you are curious about tech or even already a tech enthusiast!
We need you to have around 10 years of comprehensive HR experience including deep knowledge about workforce planning leadership development and change management. You bring a strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels and have a proven track record of leading and developing HR functions in large complex international organizations - ideally within tech or digital environments. To succeed in this role you enjoy collaborating and building strong relationships. Your excellent communication skills will foster effective teamwork and drive alignment across stakeholders. In addition to this you are structured and ambitious with excellent communication skills in English.
