Description

About the Role

This role forms part of the People & Culture team in providing day to day advice and support on all people matters across Acumentis. This is a small team and it is expected that in addition to their key responsibilities each member of the team can provide support and back up for each other in day-to-day operations.

  • Recruitment
    • Proactive sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn and other channels including drafting of job ads and managing candidates carrying out initial screening and providing potential candidates to local Managers for feedback
    • Managing job requisition process in Acumentis HRIS-ELMO
    • Coordination of immigration requirements for employees requiring sponsorship
    • Coordination of all pre-employment tests and checks (including police checks reference checks assessment testing)

  • Onboarding
    • Contract administration for new employeesjoining Acumentis through acquisition activities
    • Ensure new employees are onboarded onto Acumentis HRIS (ELMO)
    • Coordinate corporate Induction for all new starters and continually review induction process to ensure the employee experience is continually improved
    • Coordinate New hire set up including liaison with IT Payroll team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process

  • HR Operations
    • Monitor and respond to P&C Inbox
    • Manage all administration associated with role changes or any other changes to employment conditions
    • Coordinate Probation Period reviews
    • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure smooth integration of all employee changes

  • Offboarding
    • Manage all administration associated with employees leaving the organisation
    • Conduct exitinterviews and provideregular summaries to the Head of People
    • Provide advice and support to managers to ensure offboarding is managed in a professional and respectful manner

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experiencein a recruitment role from either agency or in house environmentspreferably in the property valuation or real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategiesfor active and passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) social media platforms and other recruitment tools.Working knowledge of ELMO would be highly regarded
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience
